  • PC Diagnostics & Repair (Laptops & Desktops) — I start with a full diagnostic check to identify the exact issue — whether it’s hardware, software, performance, or security related. You’ll receive a clear explanation of the problem and a recommended solution before any repair begins. Repair services may include tune‑ups, virus scan and removal, hardware replacement, software installation/removal, Windows OS fixes, and more.
  • Home Networking — router setup, Wi‑Fi optimization, device connection.
  • Data Backup & Security — external drive setup, cloud backup configuration.
  • Labor pricing covers service only. Parts, if needed, are quoted separately. No surprises.

For now, it’s only me and I only have a short window of side-hustle hours:

  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM M – F
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturdays
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sundays (Emergency Only)
